MEET THE TEAM

Szilvia Fillmore, MA, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor & Holistic Health Practitioner

Szilvia is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Her profound dedication to this field is driven by a deeply personal and family journey: in 2016, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, an experience that shifted her life's focus and ignited a powerful passion to help children, adolescents, and families navigate their own trials. With her health now somewhat stable, Szilvia channels her personal resilience and deep empathy into her clinical practice, dedicating herself to helping as  many families as possible find balance, hope, and strength through any challenge they face.

Originally from Hungary, Szilvia brings a unique, creative background to her therapeutic work. She spent five years studying visual art  in Budapest, Hungary, including stone and ornament sculpting. This artistic foundation enhances her clinical perspective, allowing her to appreciate the unique, creative pathways to healing and self-expression.

Szilvia treats the whole person, body, mind, spirit. She erned her Associate of Arts degree with a minor in early childhood education, a Bachelor of Science in developmental psychology, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. As a board-certified holistic health practitioner, she specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.  Whether working with young children or families navigating complex dynamics, Szilvia provides a safe, compassionate, and deeply understanding space for holistic growth and recovery.
